Recipe slightly modified from My Recipes, to swap out the fresh ginger and add sesame oil.
Soy ginger dressing
makes 1/2 cup
Combine:
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
